Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

For orders placed and fully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day, processing time will begin on the same day.

For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing time will begin on the next business day.

If an order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on external factors such as logistics conditions and carrier performance.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Fees

For orders under $99.99, a $9.99 shipping fee will apply.
For orders of $99.99 or more, free shipping is available.

You may track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order information.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this time period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
